In the area of desalination projects, Kuljian's experience has included engineering and construction supervision of Multi-Stage Flash (MSF), Multi-Effect Distillation (MED), and Reverse Osmosis (RO) single-purpose and dual-purpose desalination plants. Study and preliminary engineering assignments have included other process designs, namely VTE, VC, hybrid systems - VTE/MSF and VC/VTE/MSF - and electrodialysis.
